Nevermind,i fixed the thing with my last comment, but the thing is, I get a black screen when it's done loading Chapter 3, and i have to close Half life 2, Any way to fix this?
Try to see if it still happens when you start the map directly by writing "map mm_area03" into the console, or by taking from a previous autosave / quicksave and seeing if it still does it after the level change. If you start a new game by starting the map from the console, you will lose some of the few choices you have done during the game, though.

Can you be more precise what the problem is with the lion photograph sequence?
If it goes to the place of Fishmen after being able to take an funny photograph (the item used), a camera will be fixed and it will not become the third person's viewpoint.

(Sorry for the accidental double-post.) I played through to the end, defeating the final enemy. When the ending sequence began, the game immediately froze and locked up. I had to CTRL+ALT+DEL and close hl2.exe with the Control Panel. I haven't experienced any other crashes or freezes. What is the fix for this issue of freezing at the end?
I am not sure, I have never heard of it for freezing or crashing there.
I've got the freaky skeleton glitch, so I can't shoot the damn thing. I think I'm running 1.0.3, although I'm not totally sure - what I do know is that the first console command suggested doesn't work, and the second did.
