I really hope,whenever this mod ever finishes, you rethink the balance of this game.
Perhaps a more but not absolute Rock paper scissor gameplay would work.
Soldiers,even if hit by missile soldiers,should not lose 50% of health FFS.They are anti infantry after all.That is not to say they should be immune by anti infantry missiles....
Vanila C&C3 had issues with balance aswell.
Rockets soldiers owning anti infantry squads,buildings,aircraft,tanks,base defenses...
Anyway its up to you.
I also would mind the fact that, despite being called Nod rocket militia(If you keep these guys), their weapons are homing devices.
Please rename or rebalance that. ROCKETS ARE NOT MISSILES.

I create and unwrap and export models in 3ds max, texture them in photoshop and code them with wordpad.
Impressive modding must be a real pain only wish there was copies of you so new version can come out quicker :p
It's not a lack of manpower, but a lack of focus. I don't focus on TA, I work on several things at once. Else it gets boring :P
I'm not changing much about the Scrin.
