I just downloaded the Windows stand alone zip version (DESTheClockworkMan2GameAndGuide_WIN.zip) but inside was the Mac version.
and the Mac archive contains the windows executable :)
why is there no 64 bit linux version? who is using a 32 bit pc nowadays?
tried to run it on my arch 64 nontheless and got: TheHiddenWorld: error while loading shared libraries: libsqlite3.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
to clarify, i'm not talking about a 64 bit binary, just ship the compability libraries for 32 bit so it will run on a 64 bit machine.
Hey thanks for bringing this up! I am/was pretty sure the Desura client does install the required libraries as we bundled the x32 compatibility ones through it.
We've had people around here play in 64 bit with no issues. Did you install through the desura client? Do you want to check if the same happens with TCM1 demo?
Actually, I'm having a similar problem. I had to do a clean install of Ubuntu, and, upon re-downloading CM2, discovered it only downloads the 32 bit version. I have 64 bit Desura, and I swear I remember, when I first installed the game, having the choice between 32 and 64 bit. There is no such choice, now- it automatically gives me 32 bit.
