The demo is crashing while loading the track
Terminal output: Error: md5 sum mismatch on track property xml 90f4ebc5ca3728c64252eb9dd6a02e1a41
(Linux 64)
Bought it, its good, but could use some polish work on contorls and ui.
thanks for the praise!
about the UI polish: sure just give us some ideas what should be done...(in game or in the main menu?)
about the steering issue, please give us some feedback in the forum thread for the issue so we can decide what needs to be changed to make everyone happy:

After the track shows itself, the demo always hangs at "Preparing for Race."
Very good game, Linux missed a racing game a lot!
It definitely lacks Internet/LAN multiplayer support, which would be the best part!
Control is good, even if avoiding bumps on walls is difficult.
The music player is too much intrusive and needs to either be smaller or more transparent or put somewhere else.
I bought it and finished it a couple times (easy and medium) then got the reeper and fully upgraded it in some hours.. maybe too easy and short, given there is not network multiplay.
I like the graphics, sound and feel. What I'd do to make it a killer game would be slowing it down a bit or widening the tracks a little, making enemies a little smarter and absolutely add network multiplayer support.
Great work anyway, please continue improving it!
thanks for the encouragement and the feedback!
we've made the music notification smaller for the soon-to-be-released version 1.1.5.
Not bad of a game, but the music is not really adjusted to the racing setting (though that's just a matter of personal taste), I found it really hard to control the ship, though. Kept bumping into the walls. After getting frustrated, I uninstalled it. Will get back to it eventually.
Keep up the good work!
hey thanks for the encouragement!

Just out of curiosity, anyone else get Wipeout from this (not the family game, the racing game)
How can anyone NOT get a "wipeout" feeling? Of course any futuristic hover-racing type of game will get you that. But it's just really obvious here.
