A true 64-bit Linux version, with no need for 32-bit libraries would be awesome.
Awesome game! Runs great, even at my crappy netbook :O
I have one suggestion though: Could you add an option to set the screen res? (My screen is only 1024x600)
Fantastically done, so far. Runs great one Mate Mint 64 bit.
This game is awesome. Linux Beta running fine under LMDE Xfce with UP4.
nice game, i'd like to add some constructive criticism if you wouldnt mind.
while i enjoyed playing it, there were two or three main things that really put me off,
first is that i found the camera way too jerky, to the point of giving me an instant headache,
(and i've been a veteran gamer for over 20 years across varied platforms this is no sissy talking XD)
specially since it runs on such a big window right on my face, and i couldnt find any options to reduce the window size/resolution. perhaps an option for window size and camera movement could be aded to solve this?
the other thing i can recall is the jump having a bounce mechanic, which really made it difficult to navigate, and while i thought it was fixed as that, i found it could be switched to not bounce, yet personally i think i'd be best to set the option's default as non-bounce-jump.
there's my 2 cents, i hope you dont mind my intrussion. keep up the good work!
Why the 'Linux beta' is separately priced? Will it be included with the normal game that is currently on promo?
I want a Linux version!
Don't we all?
I just bought Mos Speedrun earlier today. I've already collected all 100 badges, and probably found all of the costumes and whatnot. It's short, but it's challenging, and I loved every minute of it! Hope to see more from you in the future, Physmo.
Oh, and I hope you pay a lot more mind to Linux and Android in the future. Making your downloads available via the "purchased downloads" section (see Towns for an example) would allow players to download without using the client, or, in the future, download the game files for another OS. If you make cross-platform games on Desura that also support Android, you could list the Android APK as one of the purchased downloads so that people who buy your games from Desura could also copy it to their phone and play! :)
Where is linux version damit. Why is it close beta not public beta? More bugs and issues are found and reported with a public beta than a private. (Yes I did buy the game, and can't play it cause no release for linux seems like false advertising to me.)
