You've failed to read the Read Me, nor any instructions.
You need to update WiC to patch 11.
I would suggest the Ka-50/Ka-52 would be a great and possibly needed addition for Russia, going by your unit list of course.

The Russian air force only operates 15 Ka-50s and 10 Ka-52s so it's not really a copter that could be used in a world war, unless it was in costing 6000 points.
Mi-24 and Mi-28 will suffice.
Russian MoD pretty much abandoned Ka-50/52 anyway. They are not scheduled to be mass produced and more or less orders are only being fulfilled for either foreign customers or "just to keep factories running".
Mi-28N is where the mass production would occur.
