Triptych is an artistic experiment in story telling set in the Lovecraftian horror genre, written and developed by C-zom. With a focus on imagery and atmosphere, the story itself only loosely describes - in reverse chronology - the death of a man named Jeremiah Stone. The first chapter explores the emotions of sadness and loneliness, and explains how he dies. The second chapter settles on revenge, with a foreboding vibe and grim story telling narrative. The final chapter explains why he was cursed and killed from his actions half a century ago, and absolute horror and fear are explored.

First you should extract Triptych_1.2 anywhere on your computer, then move the folder Triptych to Crytek/Crysis/Mods.

(If folder Mods does not exist, create it first then put Triptych in there)

Launch Crysis and activate triptych in the mods menu in game. The game should restart automatically. Use the New Game function and be sure to play on Normal Mode. It should launch since this was tested 100% before we released the latest patch. If not, get back to me.

Just want to add if you can't acess the console using the tilde key, you probably have this "Microsoft infrared" keyboard driver messing with your keyboard.

I have a program called glovepie that translates input commands to other input commands (keyboard commands as joystick commands, etc) that would read my tilde key as "excel" like a special command for opening microsoft excel.

I deleted all the drivers under the "hid input devices" thing in the device manager, including this microsoft infrared thing. by the time I got done my keyboard and mouse didn't work, I just unplugged them, plugged them back in, and just like that, the console works.

also, glovepie now reads the tilde key as "console" instead of "excel"
