Titan: XCIX is a first person adventure that takes place aboard the ill fated star ship of the same name. When an accident rips apart a lone ship on a routine mission, the crew find themselves fighting for survival, and each other in a unique Single Player experience, that's been in the making for the past two years.

Developed single handedly by Robin "IZaNaGI" Molde (Jailbreak!: Source, Survival Mod II for JK:JA), Players will face many challenges that will test their brains rather than their trigger fingers.

Oh boy, this is just... WOW, this is gonna be just majestic!!! It's a bit weird some people didn't enjoy the first part being "adventure-exploration" because it's really what make you enjoy the ambiance of this mod. Good luck for part 2.

The problem was not that it was adventure-exploration. It broke the immersion when the shootout was all just a cutscene. I'm glad to see we'll be experiencing more interaction in the future.

Currently Part TWO begins in the trashed corridor (Where you can see the husk planet), so after. This could change before release though.

I really enjoyed the exploration in the game. I hope the focus doesn't shift primarily into combat like every other shooter, but when the player received a certain item late in the chapter I thought that there would be more combat in the next installment. I hope the mod is still more about exploration and puzzle solving.

Be safe in the knowledge that I will NOT be shifting the focus to a combat centric experience. The exploration and puzzle solving associated with Part ONE will return entirely in Part TWO.

Description

As per player feedback Part ONE's finale will be Part TWO's playable opening.

It will be slightly expanded upon, and will lead into a SLIGHTLY more action oriented chapter that cut's out a lot of the "fetch questing" that slowed Part ONE's opening levels.

More coming in the months ahead.
