I just uploaded the first playthrough (i think) of the alternate ending! Youtube.com I will later add part two.
I've played through the Trap and it's very good. You had made a good puzzle system and means of solving the puzzles in the Trap Complex. I kept getting frustrated whenever I couldn't figure out the answer to a chamber and felt stupid when I finally found it. XD
I was a bit sad when I found out I needed to collect (Was it all of the achievements or just the Major and Valuable ones?) to unlock the alternate ending. I haven't played the alternate ending yet since I can't get all of the achievements. Still, it's a great mod. 9/10

There is a "legal" cheat to unlock the alternate ending. ;)
In the last level (8A), BEFORE going down the ladder leading to the room with the achievements boards, jump over the protrusion behind you.
Next, facing the wall, standing on the right, jump while watching the ceiling and keep on clicking the E button. There is an INVISIBLE button on the ceiling! If you hear a "click" sound... that's done! You've unlocked 'legally' the alternate ending.
Now you are free to go down the ladder and following the usual path (the difference is: you keep the crowbar, so you don't have to kill the marine guy and are able to break the window).
