The Dawn of the Tiberium Age is a stand-alone Tiberian Sun to Tiberian Dawn (C&C 95/Gold) total conversion for which I tried to capture TD's feeling as good as possible (both concerning graphics and gameplay) in classic mode, while giving the player a lot of fun new stuff when playing in enhanced mode.
Although this mod has been released it's still being worked on, so expect updates from time to time.

  • Island Raiders (2-3)
  • Shiner's Yard (2-6)
  • Chilly Glow (2-4)
  • Trinity (2-3)
  • Tiberium Garden III
  • Sand Serpent (2)
  • Offshore Bombardment

A lot of new terrain has been added to DTA 1.11 and this new terrain has been put to very good use in the many new maps that have been made.

Please help, the DTA launcher can't open, it says "Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application". I installed my Tiberian Sun to drive C, program files. Did I miss something?

Nice game BTW. :) Good job!

DTA is a standalone mod and doesn't require Tiberian Sun. You must place DTA in its own folder for it to install correctly.

About the error message, install .NET Framework versions 2.0 and 3.0 (assuming you're running Windows XP). After installing them, check for updates for them on Windows Update.

If it still doesn't work after installing those, inform us here on comments and I might give some workarounds for the problem.

Ah alright, thanks Rampastring. I had installed dotnet framework versions 2.0 and 3.0! The game was fun & memorable.

Thanks again and keep it up. :)

Well. I just noticed a real small bug. The Naval Transport is not working properly on Dante's Inferno (2-8). I'd say because of the other scripted Transports... they aren't selectable, too.

Thanks for reporting it, it'll be fixed in the next update.

And btw, it's Dante's Desert =P

The new logo at the top of the page is really cool. More interesting than the old one.

Yeah, the old one was quite outdated and boring looking indeed xD
I intended to replace the banner with an animated gif for a while now and I actually had much more interesting effects in minds, but unfortunately it can't be bigger than 200 KB.

I'm not finding any difficulty with building villages in FinalSun. Although I have to say I'm not really micromanaging with the buildings, I just place all kinds of different buildings on a village on suitable locations.
