The following problems found since I'm playing with the 2010_06_27_SWC0903 version downloaded from :moddb::

-When I visit a planet's cantina with a newly created character or a character wich had a race or gender change after starting a new game, several times I experienced facemorph glitches on all the hireable people (Dav Foss for instance) they losing their hair and they have the same looking face, most of the faction leaders having the same problem in this case as well.

-When a character has been killed or gone unconscious It happened sometimes that when I pushed the (N) or (M) buttons (wich normally switches between living persons) the view begin to jump between everyone who did anything (shooting a bolt, being hit, etc..). It also makes a nice long red message, so long that it took me about 6 minutes before I could see the usual messages like: "you lost 75 credits"

-I'm starting the game through the launcher (mount&blade.exe) and it has a chance that when loading the elements is complete, the cursor is trapped on the top-left side of the screen, and only that 10x10cm area can be clicked, adjusted, etc... (Could not reset the Direct3D device. This sample will now exit)

-Several times the game froze when I was about to begin an assault. (1 click away from starting it. (Sorry I can't be more accurate in this case :S))

-My friend complained about a crash problem: When he wins a bigger battle and going to the screen where you can see the rescued prisoners, owned soldiers, arrested enemies after battle. (It takes him back to desktop)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-One of the short meelee weapons (maybe the baton) is unnamed. If I look at one of them while checking someone's dead body it shows only an empty bracket as a name.

-Not a major bug, but both of the cloaked and the cloakless Female Dancer Outfits have a cut on their breasts, wich makes me able to see through their models :)

-Players can encage themselves on the Tatooine planet's surface, and at least 2 times when the player is being ambushed, the bandits and the player character could slip through between the door and the wall near the cage :)

-Only a suggestion, but making the protocol droid's grey metal head frame (shown only when it's not wearing any helmet or when the head frame clips through a hat or something) as a hair would be practical, because in that way it may use hoods, Ewok Heads :nervous: , etc... (in most cases) without clipping.

-Organising the facial textures to match the eyebrow colors with the hair colors would be great, as well as some new (better looking) hairstyles and(or) new photo-realistic facial skins like the one in Jed_Q_w_1.dds :rolleyes:

-Jumping with fast vehicles cause damage to them, even on totally flat surfaces. I don't think it's a bug, but worth to mention because if you land on a planet with a vehicle and damage it (with an unlucky jump for example) the game takes it as an attack on the local citizens and they start fighting against the player.

-When any of the characters (like Boba Fett) gives you the job to hunt down someone on his/her behalf (just like in a typical bartender's bounty-hunter quest wich works correctly), succesfull assassinations deteriorating the player's relation with the planet.

-More armor strength for the transparent/invisible parts for droids would increase their chanses for survival.

-Maybe it's not a bug, but pistol ammos can't return to full state after battles, makes it possible to have an empty (for example 0/100) cartridge after combat.
Making it work like the rifle ammo would be better, because buying distruptor ammo (wich costs a fortune) every time can be quite exhausting financially :(

The listed issues appeared separately in different times (before or after using the updater), so it's hard to tell if it had any effect on theese problems (+) or (-).

Note that I don't have a top PC (NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT  (256 MB), DDR2 1024MB (x2), AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+, Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 6.1.7600 (Win7 RTM), Non-Steam Version), and I havent bought a M&B (YET!) if you know what I mean...

I hope it helped you guys, and haven't reported anything wich was previously discussed, planned to be fixed or already fixed.

Yeah, the dead cam, it's bugged as hell. It needs to be removed or urgently fixed. +1 Priority.

That's an engine problem, TaleWorlds business. Report it, but warning, they usually double the regression. ¬¬

Again, Yeah I know, the game is bad optimized, we can only work with the tools they give us. Random crashes and etc... everything crap core programming from the original game guys.

Spawns. That shouldn't be a problem. We've redone "every single scene" as Revan likes to say.

There's an important limitation in this aspect, there's only allowed a texture for all the hair meshes. Buuut... hairs for the droid race is (note the underrated word :))  awesome idea.

Congrats, Fixed long time ago (On September if I recall). I redone the brawl system. Now also gives/removes reputation points depending of the result,

Happily for you he have redone the ammo prices, stats and general feeling.

Don't worry, buy WB as much , they don't deserve so much money for they lazy-asses work. We're making their work unpaid :P

You have some good specs, with a decent new graphic card and a little more of RAM your system will be perfect.
We're trying of offering a balance between the eyecandy (with our new library of cool models for this new version) and a fluent game. Isn't easy at all, but goes pretty well. :)

I think I remember this happening to me once. I believe it was a bad installation or something along that line.

By the way: Is it really necessary to gain relation (+) with the Bartenders each time the player accepts or completes a contract? :paranoid:

I believe that it is linked to the planet relation. I know the planet administrators are that way. Also, it may effect what quests you receive.

The Administrator's Quests are linked to the Planet relations, that's true, but I meant about the Cantina Quests given by Bartenders. It seemed useless so far to have good relations with any of the bartenders, I haven't noticed any advantage gained from it.
(Now that you mentioned it, making the Bartender's relation to affect the Planet's relation with the Player the same way as The Planet Administrator's would give a new role to this relation)

Aha. The problem with the bartenders (if you want to call it like that) is that they're using the same quest than traditional heroes. As heroes are directly linked with their factions can affect the general player relations. I'll change the bartenders to be heroes. That should fix the glitch.

I don't know if was mentioned but there is a problem with the Super battle droids
when I have them in battle and I order to follow me, they backwalk to the limit of the map!

Don't worry. Mine is worse :P
I think I know the cause. They aren't into an specific classification ('ranged', 'melee', 'mounted',...) So they haven't a predefined behavior.

Hi there :)
After some year I returned to playing M&B and startet with best mod I know... :D And decided to make it better, so after some 5 h of playing I have some bugs and suggestions...

- Bug: Most females have no hair :(
- Sugg.: I think that leaders should be stronger. At least such as Darth Vader or Yoda...
- Sugg.: Darth Vader shall be "marchall". Palpatine was just king, Vader directly commands Imperial forces
- Good Sugg.: Sell all prisoners button/Take all prisoners button/Hire all troops button etc. Its really annoying if you have to click 100 times to take all that poor prisoners...and it also hurts :P
- Bug?: Entered Death star...omg..it looks like regular outpost? WTF?! ;)
- Sugg.: When you join the fight, its allways at planet, never in ship. It should be at least random...
- Sugg.: Speeder bike repair stations/repairmans? :) Can fix damaged status and maybe others > cheaper than buying a new speeder...
- Crazy Sugg.: In SW world there was Speeder bikes races...that would be fine :)
- Sugg.: Since we are talking about challanges, I really dont like tournament system from M&B in this mod...maybe if it will be like gladiator fights (1v1 or X vs Some monster) in arena...
- Outdated? Sugg.: We have rancorn babies...do we have real Rancorns? (Maybe we have :D I read about som surpirse, dont have rancorn in this game, year ago (before update) there wasnt Big Rancorns...I think :D )
- Important Sugg.: Shield bash should be weaker. It is impossible to hit someone while is covered with shield and he can still hit you, for 20 dmg?! My sugg. is to make damadge max about 10, when someone is using shield bash he should be uncovered for some time, when you are covered with shield too you dont take any damadge but you will be also uncovered for a while, so you can hit enemy but also he can hit you, its the matter of speed + the one who is shield bashing has adventahe cuz he will be prepared. (I know I can turn off shield bash, but I want shield bash... :D )
- Not important Sugg.: Think on blind ppl like me! Night vision! :)
- Bug: Ship bonuses dont rise companions skills...this way most of them is useless...ex.: I am not a doctor, but i want to rise wound treating to my companion - doctor...
- Important Bug: Units spontaneously switching weapon: When enemy comes closer, they dont know what to do...they switch to meele but its rare for them to attack...they step backwards and switch to range, but dont fire, no, they come closer to enemy and switch to meele again...This way some ONE nasty pig managed to kill half of my troops until they shoted him in the back...

Sugg.: Splitting troops: M&B "deploy" units at battlefield which are at the top of your party list. But we need mixed armies > If I have 100 Clone troopers and 100 Jedi, I have to choose If I will use Clone (ranged) or Jedi (meele). But the best choice is to split them +- 85 Clone + 15 Jedi (Jedis are just for defense if some "pig" comes closer ;) , cuz Clones cant defent themselves, and not at all if they have fear from using knife :P ). Hope you understand :D

Sugg.: Random maps. There are no random maps. ONlY maps you made :( Not that they arent nice, but always fighting on them? I turned on something in options called "Random map something" I have it on 50% but for 5 h I dont get any random map :(
- Sugg.: Assualt on planet/outpost etc. should consist of some tasks. Its strange that suddenly they are in spacestation and everybody is sorted... You should take some important points, discard something there and there...and then based on how well you handle that tasks you will get attack adventages. Like when you are attacking planet you can "win" 2 spawn points. > Also when you are attacking a planet, you dont land at the main square...first you have to win battle outside the town, then tasks, then main assualt. (I am writing this as it comes to my mind, so it can come out confusing... :D )

Sugg.: This is important: Focus on Force. Force is "The Thing". Its what they want, its like money in our world. :) So make some nice force powers, and strengthen Jedis and Siths, lightsabers and this stiff and make it more valuable, more rare.

There is a split, you can take it at Yavin IV (there is Jedi temple), what will bring you access to Jedi powers (healing and stuff) or you can became sith...some way :D Dont remember...but you know what I mean... > This brings opportunity for STORYLINE and REAL QUESTS (not just some stupid go there, take this and bring it to me... :rolleyes: ). In this quest you can use that beutiful scanes you make, and this way you can choose your lets call it career...My idea is that this quest would unlock some special abilities (maybe I want too much? :D ) not only force powers but also for Solider something like...skill "Firearms" (like Ironflesh etc.),  it will rise the damadge done by pistols/rifles by some % :) Or at least these quest could give you some unique stuff...and if you complete quest for some solider think, you can complete Jedi quest...
Storyline isnt the essencial, and its not required for playing, but it can bring more fun :) Just voluntary quests which will rise your chances to survive :)

Explosive Sugg.: More explosions :P
Sugg.: AI - more shooting while moving/charging
Sugg.: More "wrist mounted" weapons (they are just SO cool :P )
Sugg.: More lightsaber v lightsaber resp. 1v1 meele fights.
Sugg.: More "Moves" with weapons (it dont look good if you kill 3 in row with the same move)
Sugg.: Increase battle size.
Sugg./Balance: Bigger differences between Jedi Sage maser trait (+ force powers) and Jedi warrior master trait (+ weapons, + throwing)
Sugg.: Possiblity of higher bets in tournaments (It was accomplished in some other mod)
Sugg.: Fight on ship option will be little "tricky". You have to PERSUADE enemy leader to land and fight on planet. This will require high persuasion (depending on leader). > This will encourage you to spend some points on persuasion skill which I find currently useless. But also he might want too to fight on planet :P :D
Sugg.: > Persuasion > Base attriute should be CHARISMA.
Sugg.: Cargo managmen skill should be "party skill".
Sugg.: We can change commander before battle and watch battle after we fall. Combine :) You can choose sombody after you fall in battle and you will be fighting as him. (rising of difficulty may be needed to compare this)
Already discussed Sugg.: Automtick weapons: Large clip (different ammo too), high firing speed, automatick, low damadge, accuracy lost reduced.
Brutal Awesome Sugg.: "Cutable" extremities and head :) And also bodies.... :D :dead:
Sugg.: Sniper weapons: The longer you aim, the more accurate you became :) (opposite of bows (force powers))
Colorful Sugg.: Tactics interface coloring (most of things are dark, also numbers in there)
Sugg.: LIN droid body - Repairs speeders of nearby team when equipped.
Sugg.: Add/Change R2 to item > +X Engeeneering/Radar/Navigation etc. (Based on model)
Sugg.: Add/Change 3PO to item >+X Persuasion (Based on model)
Hard Sugg.: Reflecting shots (from most types of shields)
Patch/Sugg.: Dissapearing throwed lightsabers. (Imagine 30 lightsabers throwed on ground :D )
Colorful Sugg.: Changable kingdom colour +- laser shots colour
Patch/Sugg.: Blood on lightsaber dont look good...only on siths lightsabers :P
Balance: Stronger/cheaper B2-series and C-BR battle droids bodies.

Compliment/Bug: IG Series Assasin Droids are always retreating when fighting against me...what hell good AI :)
Bug?: I dont hear speeder bikes. Maybe personal bug, maybe you dont give them sound? :O
Annoying Bug: Sometimes/Too many times when I cahnge commander, my character lost primary weapons and/or armor
Bug: (I read this somewhere already) When I give order "Hold your fire" on planet, my troops are retreating.

I want too much Sugg.: Battle system in M&B is good (one of the best I ever seen). But not good for SW and me :P I dont like covering system :) You take shield and you can cover yourself...yohoo... (boring). You dont take shield and its looks odd :( AI sway, you click button, AI sway to other side and so on. I want fight to be more dinamic (remember fights in films?). I dont know much about scripting in this game, but you made awesome things already, and I saw other mods and in them are also great thinks on which developers of old and lame M&B native never dremd of... So what about this: First shield > SHield will rise your armor, and give you chance (based on your skill) to automatickly stop attack. You can cover with it, which will increase this chance (no more than 75% and thats also too much (maybe aslo based on difficulty?)), deflecting (i hope reflecting :P ) of shots will remain same. SO even if you have shield you have to cover with weapon. But now its looks lame, and part of this problem is AI (I suppose this is the harder part of scrippting in M&B :P :/ ). The other part is automatick system of covering, and when you turn it on manual, it is impossible + you need mouse to attacking! So, we need to cover 3 - 4 sides of possible attack. Buttons Q, E and 2 are in the heavenly glow! :) By pressing them you will perform "covering move" (no sustaining covering somewhere) on choosen side, and when you are in 1v1 meele you dont use moving a lot. + you have it right on hand (you may change AI to search for more 1v1/2v1 fights...) :D sooo...what do you think?
Sugg.: Tryied "space battle training"...omg, awesome :) I cant imagine how you do it with M&B, but you should go on in this :)
Sugg.: Dialogues: Dialogues with darth vader and palpatine etc. should be more...different...and the oath :P That wants new text :P

Sugg.: Why dont you use interior (maps) of ships (like in camp you can choose to walk around the ship(or quick fight > "assualt on imperial frigate..mothership? :P )) for battles too?
Sugg.: Imagine fighting on ship/planet (best example is Hoth) while in the background there is a bigger fight (statcik of course :P ).
