Our DLC packs should have been online by April 1st, but when they were not showing up, we emailed Gabe Newell from Valve Software and received the following reply:

I Have 3 maps based in L4D(sc_zombie-attack_part1.bsp, sc_zombie-attack_part2.bsp and sc_zombie-attack_part3.bsp), my maps have models, weapons, sounds, etc Based in L4D. is fantastic...

You probably have not started a new game of Half-Life. Try that, and everything should work afterwards.
