Sikkmod is a general enhancement mod for id Software's 2004 FPS: Doom 3 and its expansion pack: Resurrection of Evil. Its main purposes are to update visuals of Doom 3 to a more modern level and to allow the user to customize various aspects of the game to suit their preferred styles all while maintaining the core mechanics and aesthetics originally put in by id Software. The mod also includes a number of fixes to and better organization of stock files in order to create a clean and more stable base for future mods

Just wondering can i play this in 1440x900?
After installing the mod, I have run into a problem. The game is even more blurry and dark, and it looks worse. I tried going through the in-game sikkmod video settings, I can't figure out a thing. Please help.
Have you planned when Sikkmod 1.2 for RoE is released? Just wondering because im using 1.2 for Doom 3 but im not sure about 1.1 for RoE. Oh and one thing i also need to ask, about Random Encounters (Which i really like, makes the game's experience different everytime i play) i set the dormant time a really long period but whenever enemies like Z-secs appear and they fire at me they are working fine but when some stop completely they just die. Is there any way i can solve this? :/ I mean some random enemies lurk around and others just guard areas but im always finding dead imps (I also merged it with ungibbable) everywhere, if you can help i would appreciate it :) although the dead imps do give a nice effect making it almost as if people like bravo team and such have already visited the area so yeah it does work i suppose.
The first person body needs a bit of work, and enemy bullets seem to hit only half the time, but other than this, this is an excellent mod :D

So I love the mod but to switch between Doom 3 and Doom 3 Alpha I have to restart the game.
Anyone know how to do this in game with the console?
You can't change the hud on the fly as it's loaded at spawn and saved in the save file, so which hud to use is loaded from there when loading a save. Yes, it would be possible to modify the behavior to allow changing it mid-game, but you can;t do it with the current code. Sorry.
Is there any way to enable shadows for imp fireballs and muzzle flash?
I love the self-shadowing, but for some reason it doesn't work for imps and their fireballs?
I have the latest version of RoE on Steam. I downloaded RoE 1.1 but it crashes after the mod is activated. It reloads the UI then as the text says "reloading interfaces" or something to that effect, it crashes. =\
