Its singleplayer presentation application. Just built on Wars Engine, doesn't mean its multiplayer (Although if you hosted a server people would be able to connect - it does have that functionality.
Neutron Engine (www.neutrone.net) is better when it comes to ArchViz. It is specificlly made for this kind of project.
Yup, but with the right people, time and investment CryEngine could easily spawn a healthy competitor.
