Help required. Not sure if its the mods or EA (I think its EA) but when I go on skirmish I can't select a map or a faction or anything really. Someone please help, I don't know what to do and its not just this mod, its happening with RA3 mods and the original (Which is why I think EA are to blame).

I am an absolute novice with mods so please forgive my insolence:) but for some reason I can only choose from 4 factions: Allies, Soviets, Empire and Confederates. Have the others not been released yet or have I done something wrong cos knowing me I'll have done something stupid:) If it helps any I used Desura to install it if that makes a difference.
The version on Desura is HOPELESSLY outdated. It's two years old, mang!
You can got the latest version on moddB, but you can only play as the allies and the soviets. The other factions are not done yet.
