Reaction is a Single Player mod for Valve's Half-Life 2: Episode 1. This game is a showcase for the design and artwork of Sensory Overload team. It is a fast-paced third-person shooter, retaining a very light RPG element.

Hello curious mod fan,
I'll start off that my team and I were quite surprised by the interest in the mod (working for a year on a game without any real outside input does this to you). In our eyes this mod is just a showcase of what we can do, but to see people interested in the game is a wonderful thing. We hope that, after this Friday, everyone's ethusiasm is warranted.
However, because of this, I need to advise everyone that the release this Friday will be far from a final version of the game. You'll be able to play through a complete level, but there are dozens of things that can and could be done to make things better. Whatever you my find, please feel free to e-mail us; I will also set up the Reaction forum on that day so that we can organize these bugs and inconsistencies even better.
