The Ridder Clan Mod is a modification for The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-Earth II & for The Lord of the Ring: The Battle for Middle-Earth II, The Rise of the Witch-King.
This mod changes many things to BFME 2. It will add some new factions, a couple of campaigns, many units & heroes, alot of maps and it will improve the CAH System. This mod changes the gameplay making it work a bit more like BFME 1 and how BFME 2 should have been!

The RC Mod's Next release will contain a nice feature that will allow you to play either BFME 1 style, with castles and camps, or BFME 2 style, no buildplots, with porters!

I've downloaded this but it doesn't look anything like the pictures. The only thing new are the new characters. And when I press Play I can't play Elves, Dwarves of anything really. And the camps look like the camps in BFME I. I don't know what's wrong. I really appriciate help.

Elves, if playable at all in this release, release is much older than the pictures (that's why some things are not there yet), are only playable in the BFME 2 mode, which can be changed in the map settins tab when starting a skirmish :)

I recently downloaded and tried out your mod and figured I would give a run down of any bugs I encountered. Here is all that I noticed that seemed odd or unintended. Note that all I have played thus far is BFME 2 mode.

1. When facing off against a Godlike level computer the computer was initially difficult but later in the game became weak not even sending opponents. When I attacked the computer's base they only had a single resource collecting building. I am not sure if this is a bug but I wanted to bring it up.

2. Also during the fight with the Godlike level computer, playing as Mordor, when I defeated all of their buildings and victory should have been declared it was not and my characters kept trying to destroy the new goblin cave despite it showing it already destroyed.

3. Rohan and Men of the East do not allow custom Characters. I know Men of the East is incomplete but I wanted to let you know about Rohan if you didn't.

4. The factions seem to receive money at different rates. When playing against my sister she, playing as Gondor, had 6 resource gathering buildings and I, playing as Isengard, had 32 and we were receiving money at almost the same rate.

I love what you are doing with the BRME2 game, especially the new Men of the East faction. Thank you for the mod and good luck on finishing it.

All of those problems are slowly being addressed :)
I have realized that in the previous release, which was a Alpha for a reason, there were some annoying bugs, but in the next release I hope to have most of those removed, when the next release is though, I am unable to say.
Thank you for posting the bugs though, this will allow me to keep an eye out for these ones :)

That's odd, but normally speaking they should do.. well at least something... maybe you chose a faction that does not have AI?

TBH i should have specified it was only Gondor and they dont do a thing, i tried Rohan and they are fine, and thats in BFME1 mode, other than that i think its great
