NEOTOKYO° is a first person shooter that aims to provide a visceral & realistic combat experience in a rich futuristic setting. NEOTOKYO° takes place in and around a fictionalized Tokyo approximately 30 years in the future. Mankind has begun to fuse with technology. Government and corporate corruption have transformed Tokyo into a deadly dystopian nightmare. After a near-successful military coup by ranking members of Jinrai, the National Security Force (NSF) is formed - answering directly to the Prime Minister, it's mission is to investigate and eliminate all threats to Japan, both abroad and at home. The initial core of the NSF is made from an exodus from within the intelligence branch of the military. With this betrayal begins the war in the shadows between the NSF and Jinrai.

OH man this was so boring ;)
I dont understand you say its boring then wink, so I have no idea what you really mean.
I think that's because you joked that it will be boring. If you ask me, modcasts and the developer banter are never boring. They all present game development from different perspectives. And even if the problems discussed are somewhat similar, the sollutions that are used to solve them are always new.
Modcasts also provide feedback for the mods that just got released. And feedback is just like a present, you should be happy to receive it.
why didn't you mentionated the stargate mods that were released this couple of days? like Stargate: Empire at War and Stargate War Begins, and the both made it to the front page for several days, and Stargate Empire at War continues to be the 2° mod. I think it was worth mentionating...
As stated in the show, we talked about the mods that stood out to us and mods that we have played. If we where to talk about every single release of the month we would be there for a good 1.30hrs just talking about the releases. The plan is to make the show entertaining talking about what we know and what we can discuss. If we dont know much about a mod rather then attempt to sound like we do and not do it justice we would rather not say it at all.
It's only about giving a complete list of all releases on moddb to announce what's new to try out for the audience. You don't need to talk 15 minutes about every release and your deeply experience with it. Just give it some sentences within a minute to tell people that there was a release and what it's about. If stuff stands out for you it's up to you to give it more time to stand in the spotlight. Just an proposal. People will decide by themselves if they give a release a try.
Both of your college experiences were so similar to mine. There are those people who simply needed to be spoonfed education and there are those who hunger for more and more. It couldn't be clearer who was who, and it made a big difference on the work that was produced.
Lugaru has wolves. Good episode.
Oh, what a pity. There where a whole bunch of good releases worth of mentioning. With it WoP X-Mas Mod. Common guys, it's Christmas time. Also NeoTokyo in a ModDB Podcast for the third time now without any new information but just hyping it. Keep focus on all releases of a week. It's not too much to handle for a show of this length.
Dave's right, Lugaru has wolves! :)
