I'm still working on my realistic MP7 20mm and MP7 GP-30 smg1 skins with XSI for the retail HL2 so yea hopefully ill be able to share those with everyone when im done.

They're the same gun, that's why. HL2's SMG is an MP7.

it's a pretty gun, but **** renders. Show us what it looks like in game.
The model isn't going to look much different in Source after phong, env maps, etc are applied.
The problem is HLMV sucks chode and is horrible for show casing models, so I use Marmoset.

Yeah because the leak totally doesn't have an MP7.
That doesn't even make sense.
Like we said before, we are not doing a carbon copy of the leak, we are remaking assets as we see fit. If you want to see ugly leak models, please visit one of the dozen other leak mods out there.

And the Combine manufactured version is basically the same as the 40 round mag but straight instead of curved and a bit longer to hold 45 rounds.
As I said b4 when im done with my realistic MP7s for the retail HL2 ill share them so that ppl can see what it should have looked like.
Sleek, also it doesn't look like it's able to do Valve's fancy tricks - like shooting grenades and stuff!
That's because it won't be able to do that ;)! The OICW will take care of that task instead.

It's not like the model took that long to make. Less than a week total.

Render is cool but we both know, source can't achieve such an authentic metallic look with it's render, no matter ho much phong you add.
