Didn't really like the monster staying there all the time. Also "more intelligent" monster which couldn't really do anything but stand and chase a few steps on sight wasn't impressive. Story was quite strange but a working one.
The lighting in rooms in general was disturbing because the candles didn't actually do anything. But as a first map it's not bad at all so I'll give it a 7. If you stick to mapping, you'll surely be making great levels in the future :)

The Trailer music is just wrong it makes the story Confused and not scary. Put some scary music.
Try to explain on the trailer about the story line.

Yeah I know , but I just wanted to make a a little look of the atmosphere and not to make people scared when watching trailer , the custom story does the scares for me :D
*FOR EVERYONE ABOUT THAT MIXING* Guys please.... I agree , its bugged IF you DONT READ THE NOTE. The note is in front of the extaction oven on the table and if you read it and do whats EXACTLY in it you will create it BUT if you wont read it and do it by your own , as its in the note it would have catastrophic results.
Try to do it as it is in the note I wrote it to that note on purpose to avoid this bug.
