for those who have a problem with starting games, you must either put it in compatibility mode, or search "Forgotten Hope Revisted" and have updated and Released a fix for the loading error

So I used to play FH a few years ago and I want to come back on my laptop which has Windows 7, and like all of you I have that same problem in the middle of the load screen it crashes "BF1942 has encounterd an error, blah,blah,blah." I thought using this Desura would help, I was told after download to run it in "Windows 98/ME" however when i right click the game in the play window, and then hit properties, there is no compatability place to change it... It is also getting very frustrating, if someone could find a solution that would be awesome (step-by-step directions) please!

Yeah I have the same problem. It sucks
Ok this is now becoming more and more rediculous. I even downloaded the patch given in the instructions of FHSW since I use the disk version, but it won't load AT ALL. I would rate this 10/10 easily just by the description but I can't even touch anything for godsakes because all it does is keep crashing in the middle of the load screen. Please help cause I tryed everything, I tryed being cool about it but I can't take it any more, I really want to try out this mod.
