This is how the tier 1 building for Ostheer will look. You might wonder what happened to the old one, it become the tier 2 building, and the old tier 2 is now the tier 3 and the old tier 3 is now the tier 4...
Surprise, we have changed a bit the concept, and as result Ostheer now has four tier buildings.
