Why am I here?  Don't really know yet myself.

I'm not fantastic at programming (nor is a career in it my main goal) and my designing skills are around average to below average.  I'm capable with the tools I know but not at expert level and I'm still looking at modding through the glass window with only meager contributions to any game SDK.  So, should I be here?

Probably not but I figured what the hell.  For now just witnessing the projects on Moddb will suffice but I may at some point build the confidence to help those with, I dunno a web presence separate to Moddb or posting helpful/cool/amusing tools and information that I come across and isn't already here.  To kick that off I do have an interesting link: Netglos.com essentially a list of tech brushes that can be imported into Adobe Photoshop (some of these brushes are even in the header image I used for this profile).  Now these are free but for the sake of courtesy give credit if you can for these brushes.
