Zdravo to everyone and welcome to my page! My nickname here is SRB-HawkEye-. Not much history behind it, I picked it randomly and I liked it. About me: I live in the greatest country on Balkan- Serbia, old and beautiful country with rich history! I'm studying to be an electrical engineer and it's really tough (sometimes boring) job. I have several hobbies, but history, languages and games are the hobbies that I enjoy really much. It really gets me relaxed (relaxation is very important in everyone's lives) and BTW I'm not geek! :) About modding, after two years on this site (actually the celebration of 2 years on this site comes at 13th August) I didn't learn too much, but also I learnt some basics about texturing, modeling and similar things. I didn't started any projects, but I have few in my mind. Actually I wrote a part of the story for one project, but still I didn't realized it. Too many ideas, but yet so little time.

Yes, we will back on the topic about food. How it looks, how it tastes??? Well, you will know the first, but for the second you will have to deal with it...
Anyway, great videos with closer look on Serbian food, made by some foreigner, which name I didn't remembered (Charlie, I think), so I'll put the top 4 videos!!! For complete enjoyment, visit Serbia and order something like this- it's on every corner of every Serbian town/city/village !!!

First video: Palačinke (Pancakes): Usual Serb pancakes are filled with nuts and honey and jam. And it's normal to eat it with hands, not with silverware.
Second video: Pljeskavica (Hamburger): First thing you should order when you came in Serbia. Side dish in pljeskavica should be onions, the thing he called unrbes (actually "urnebes", it means "hoopla", it's God-damned hot) and mayonnaise. Side dish isn't cheese, and you wont get it, but if you order "punjena pljeskavica" (stuffed hamburger), you get the cheese inside the hamburger!
Third video: Burek - in Serbia we got several versions: meat, cheese, apple, spinach, pizza,... It must be greasy, because it wont be "a burek". Anyway, best thing you could do is drinking yogurt while eating burek. Oh, here comes the waterfalls from my mouth.... :D
Fourth video: Ćevapi (Kebabs)- when you order kebabs, you always get the "somun", a kind of bread made in special way. The grease from kebabs is droped on those "somuns" for better taste. It is so tasty, you gonna remember it till you alive (even me, no matter how much of that is available to me- a lot if you ask me! :D ) And don't always order "urnebes". This time order cream and yogurt with higher percent of fat.
That's all guys and girls, there are still more videos, but I couldn't post them all !!! And if you ever visit Serbia (or Bosnia, Montenegro, Croatia... whole Balkan got these), wrote down on paper these things, this mustn't be missed, just like the monuments or something... Hope I didn't caused cramps in your stomach! But, if you are desperate, contact me, I'll send you the "valuable" recipes!
