Got no clue why but they sent me and others too I guess some DOTA2 keys to give out. Its a full version of the game, its about 20$ last time I checked. They get the money from the item store in which you can buy clothes and crates and other stuff that has no gameplay effect, or so it seems. Well yea if you want to have DOTA2 post your steam name and if I find it you can have it, only for as long as I got keys to give out.
Game is sort of fun, has a steep learning curve tough.
Here's a hint from a noob that still got to kill some with a basic tactic.
Go for the Drow Ranger, she has a ranged attack and is a slight bit faster than most. Most newbies can't handle a ranged weapon that can run fast. Get those boots that heal you and the rest is up to you and your team. I find the game to be horrible because if you aren't an organized team against an enemy team there's always someone messing up getting farmed leveling some enemy player up and then you with level 12 get to face someone level 16 without having much of anything to take him down.
Too funny to not to be shared

Hey dude! could you add me to the 6th Gen, 7th Gen and PC gamer Groups? (BTW do you really hate EA games?)
Everyone can join these groups. The approval is merely a formal process.
If you can enjoy EA games then good for you :)
Unless you got the 10% of EA games that actually work and are enjoyable just fine. :-P
Happy Easter Day! OrangeNero :)
Just adding some people to the roster, good sir. Feel free to take it or leave it. :)
It remembered you of Far Cry? I got Pirates of the Caribbean vibes all over, the trailer looked like a scene from that movie with an assassin pasted into it. Watch Dogs so far does what every other game does, looking good in a trailer. Too much hype over it. We'll see I have high hopes for it too.
You aren't much into non exotic territories aren't you? Hey what does stability mean to you? There are a few things which determine stability in life. Like the sun rising in the morning and going down in the evening. Stuff one can depend on and look back to. Well that better be the most badass Skyrim armor.
Exotic, multicultural, colourful, traditional, and simply different. Like Constantinople/Instanbul.
Maybe the real value of something should be measured by what is and what could be. The less the difference between them, the more value.
Assassin's Creed of killing machines, easy combat and decadent primitive Western settings, biased and prejudiced Templar developers, with exclusive content for ps3/ps4 owners, with 30 play hours max per save/character
vs
Assassin's Creed with focus on stealth, with modding support, hard combat, exotic settings of the Middle East and Asia, as well as content/DLCs available for whatever platform owners, with at least 70-100 hours play time per save/character (like Skyrim)
<- a huge difference, is it?
In all honesty I ignored AC quite much. I was obsessed with Brotherhood, apart from every Desmond part of the game which I tried to skip or run through as quickly as possible. 1 and 2 couldn't capture me as I abandoned these and let them rot on the basement after like 2h of playtime.
I get your points. Jeez are there any good games left that ain't ruined? I did read about simplified combat system in new AC games and was like "what?!". As I see that AC is being pretty much milked and comes out in a CoD rhythm I got highly suspicious if it doesn't suck but didn't dare to find out.
Especially the killing machine point is so true. Instead of an Assassin he became some Rambo that goes full frontal with the most badass enemy. Like Kratos in God of War. I dunno why it is but apparently most game developers are full blown out retards. But it fits my narrow view most people I see belong into this category.
You might have to change your avatar soon. Thief got revealed. It better be good. At least he should be a silent assassin instead of a Mass butcherer.
Ow that whole stability in life thing. I am just being silly really. Though I did like to see you always wear a AC avatar. Tehre are few things with which I identify this place xD I hate it when people make avatar changes that are too drastic so I can't identify or remember them. Worst is when they change the name too. That said no intention in knowing ones RL.
Actually this avatar shows the fan-made retextured (Assassin's Creed's) version of Nightingale armour: Skyrim.nexusmods.com thou normally wearing the Nightingale standard - the vanilla/unmodded black set.
Well, there are some bright sides, at least. The 3rd AC had more modern-day story parts. Would be nice to see a completely 2 different worlds on the next gen consoles if Ubisoft can pull off anything like that, and if they even have any such plans.
Oh, and Ubi devs said that one Assassin's Creed is developed for more than just one year. AC3 alone is said to be developed for like 3 years, in the meantime.
They simply don't announce any financial plans for the release of "side projects" in advance without being sure it'll be delivered - so the info about new ACs usually come a few years later. (Most ACs were probably developed in about two years.)
Also the first AC took pretty much time - the whole engine work and boring high level engine coding, just to start the game series with.
Game engines take a substantial amount of dev time that could be used for the game itself and building up gameplay.
BTW, thanks for mentioning Thief 4. Would totally miss it.
