You have done a great job with CnC Holland. I still enjoy playing the mod.
Yup, only too bad that there's one unit that has the wrong prerequisite set. Might be a medic or something from one of the 3 generals that needs the generic holland_buildingx (don't know the unit and prereq right now), so you cannot build it without capping the right general and then building that base. :P
But hey, I could always adjust it myself if I'm really bothered by it. :)
