It's finished (the devs have stopped working on it).
However, one of the devs (clivewil) has continued making cool stuff for BF2 that you can get here: Battlefieldsingleplayer.com
The instructions on how to install come with the airplane. Do not ask me or clivewil how to install them, you will get no response.
