I think you can add up to 60 bots
Add +set maxclients 60 to the dday launcher program and in game use the console ( ~ key) and type alliedlevel 30 and axislevel 30 press enter on both commands. have fun !

I got up to 64. Yeah, I didn't do the second part and the matches lasted about 30 seconds.
nice! ya game goes by fast with many players. most maps are small.
