1: Go to the building where invisible ladder is located, then proceed PAST the ladder to the 'liberty city rampage' room walk a little more and you will find a confrence room and a tv ; which is displaying gta online with the instruction buttons on screen.

IV eggs

1: the 'heart' (literally lol) of lc
simple grab a helicopter (best get one from the helipad since it is situated nearby.) and go to happiness island (if you are using TBOGT, best use a 'chute.) and get the helicopter close, and jump (or further if you got a 'chute.) ignore the signs, walk into the door and up the ladder. there is the heart.
