My name is Jordan Gentry, and I have been doing level design for 4 years. My most recent completed project is Aberration, which can be found at www.moddb.com/mods/aberration. I have experience in Hammer(Source Engine), The Galaxy Editor(Starcraft 2) and UED(Unreal Engine).

So I made a portfolio. Guess I kinda need one for what I want to do
A link to it is here - []Portfolio[]
Its kinda bland, made it on a free website, but its better than nothing.
I never made a post about releasing Aberration, back in July, but I guess ill talk about it now.
I was really relieved to finally of released Aberration, it was my first step into the game design world, considering ive never released anything before prior to Aberration. I cant lie, I was very shocked on how popular Aberration got, it was rank 1 within 1 day of release and had about 10,000 views the day the mod came out. It got talked about on some websites and was a huge success on youtube. With over 6 pages of Aberration videos on youtube I got quite a bit of traffic, but it also brought a bunch of haters. Releasing Aberration and dealing with all this publicity really helped me learn how to deal with criticism but also bad criticism from people who just generally are there to make you upset/mad.
Thats all I really got to say about the release of Aberration. I started working on part 2 recently though, which is cool, im glad to be back to mapping in this kind of style. I have spent the last month working on levels for source forts 2, which is a completely different style and then Aberration, let alone working with a team, instead of working by your self, like I did with Aberration.
