Thanks again.....
It looks like Cyber World War here.
It's A'ight sah.
Maybe I lost my cool too fast when I read a vile word on my profile. That I don't like. ^,^
Peace?
Yea. You got that right; I don't want to be restrained and I don't anybody yelling at me for using my freedom as a native speaker of Bisaya and a semi-native speaker of English.
If you still don't get it... then you're dense.
I already said one below, but there are some more:
1. YOU ******* USED A CURSE WORD ON MY WALL!
2. I DON'T WANT TO BE DICTATED
3. YOU INSULTED MY LANGUAGE BY CALLING IT A "CLUSTERFUCK OF FIVE LANGUAGES" and say, IS NOT ENGLISH A BLOODY MISHMASH OF OVER A HUNDRED OTHER LANGUAGES? GO FIGURE.
Tell me this:
Could you really dictate the vocabulary and grammar of languages you don't know by even just an Iota? In this case, Bisaya. You say it's a bloody mishmash of words because it contains both Japanese and English nouns... but hey! that's because they are bloody nouns!
I love my language, but you can't expect me to coin a new word in bisaya for the English word "Internet" or Japanese word "Shamisen", could ye?
This I say: You want to be a Grammar Nazi? FINE! I was one. again, WAS one. I'm a grammar Nazi no longer and when you want to be a Grammar Nazi, be a Nazi to languages you actually know and don't try to correct how people speak in their native languages- languages you have no knowledge of.
**** OFF BLOODY BIATCH.
Is that so~?
I am quite fluent in English, thank you.
It's just that you can't have to create new words for every foreign word that does not exist in english. Say, If I had a Kujapi, I wouldn't say "Phillipine Guitar" as it's a bit too generalised and awkward. On the other hand, when using Bisaya, I can't create new words for such things as "Internet" and "Sakura". I have to use them.
DR ZOMBO, couldst thou point out where I used more than one langauage per sentence, please? Onomatopoeia and Exclamations don't qualify.
On the other hand, thou, not being a Bisaya, can't tell me how to use my own language, ya? Bisaya has no words for such things as Internet and Sakura, so I borrow them. What do you expect? I create new bisaya words for such concepts?
