I'll simply say, I'm in love with this project and hope it comes out within the next couple years or something! I am hooked and the mass size of the game itself is astonishing. Keep up the good work!

darn it no pay to play please maybe a subscriptions which gives you extra stuff, donations or maybe so you can buy the game and then play it for how much you ever want to... or you can add support for people to put up there own servers

Some people are spreading a rumor that we desided Infinity will be full free, but we didn't deside anything!
Don't get me wrong, no one on the team is doing this for money and if we could Infinity would be full free, but to be honost I doubt it. Running a MMO game like Infinity is not cheap, we need a source of money to pay for the servers for example. Still, we want it to be partially free and I can tell you that most of the devs don't like monthly fees. We are looking into things like premium membership and in-game advertising, but its to early to decide. First we want to get the main part of the game finished, only then will we decide what to do.
Although this is more than 3 years old, I guess I'll say what I think in case you haven't decided:
Use ingame adverts. If you have them in the cities then players will pass by billboards with your sponsors "message" up. And won't all players go to multiple cities at one point or another while playing?
I have to say, If you guys spam ingame adverts, I won't care much, Ill still play it, Noone wants to pay for anything (Yes, Me included) But if you were to charge for the game, I would pay anywho.
Well the game is starting to look better and better. If you'd look at the comments of the latest update you'll see most people would definitly pay for this game. My advice; if you really want to make something free, make a FREE and PREMIUM game. You could easily upgrade from free to premium by paying! But I'd rather get this game out of my local game store so maybe you could try to get this game into Steam (Valve usually wants 40% of the money for unproven games like these), that way it would be A LOT easier for you to get the money and a lot easier for the consumers to pay for it and/or upgrade!
But since the release of this game is still years away I guess you'd better wait with that untill your closer to completion. As always, keep up the good work! I'll be in touch. :P
