The ARMA team and the Moddb Moderators did end up looking into it, and have banned vora_bat's account and IP for failing to show evidence of design. Not to mention, he had been using ghost accounts registered on the exact same IP which is a violation of rules on moddb, and was using those ghost accounts to support his claims. Too much against him. He was hiding more than he was giving off.
