In case somebody missed the dialogue with Legion after suicide mission.
That should clear out much of the confusion,but not everything.
Again,Reapers are not pure synthetics...

This is why we should boycott all the coming DLCs, they wanted a conclusion that was open to endless speculation and stuff so they could fill the plot holes with $10-15 DLCs. Which we shouldn't have to pay a dime for. Nor should they exist at all, they should of put them in the story in the first place.

They're additional income should come from additional add-ons to the multiplayer and other extras. We shouldn't have to pay more money for the story that they screwed up in the last 10-30 minutes.

They don't this crap in movies and books (just think of how ridiculous it would sound that they were going to make you pay more money after already seeing the whole movie or reading the book that they wanted to add something). Why do game developers have the right to do this to videogames?
