I doubt that the Offical story is that she left Cerberus no matter what happend at the end of ME 2 and she has *important* dealings with Shepard in ME 3.
I dont tink that includes killing Admiral Anderson

funny thinking about now that this is the last scene with Miranda physically and it was the first we saw of her in ME3 ( I'm exculding the hologram since it's a hologram)
