Apparently there is a Prothean in the game.(Might be a squad mate some speculate). This image was leaked from the Art of Mass effect book that comes with the special edition of ME3. This picture is the depiction of a Prothean that will be seen in the game.

i think they come from an other stasis chamber that they made after they got out of the one on ilos

Can actually say that it's not a very deep surprise? Bioware's done similar things before, heck several writers have done similar things in stories of mass extinction. My only question is how he survived, and how they intend to explain him not being the most powerful party member in existence. Granted, I could also ask the latter about Jack (all-powerful in the Cutscenes, no more than a slightly-more powerful loadout than Jacob in ingame combat).
This doesn't match with the statues on Ilos at all, where are the tentacles and more humanoid-shape skull. Seems more like a genetically mutated Prothean (aka Collector, a Reaper creation).
