Uprising44 combines third-person action play with real-time strategy. It is a unique combination of the two modes of play, and has an in-depth and interesting story-line which has not yet been used in WWII computer games – the greatest civilian against Nazi occupying forces – the Warsaw Uprising. It is a story of the Silent Shadows - forerunners of modern day special forces - paratroopers dropped behind enemy lines to organize resistance and use diversionary tactics in the fight against the forces of the Third Reich. An appropriate audio-visual setting combined with cover system (an excellent, proven method of game play), the story-line, and diverse settings ensure a dynamic and enjoyable game not only for players familiar with this type of theme, but also those merely wanting entertainment.

Where is the 1.05 patch?
Where can I get the soundtrack and the artbook?
Question. Is this game DRM free or is there some sort of one off activation?
The game is key protected.
I keep on getting a message "Please Install Game from the Installer". Any clue how to fix this? thx
It's true as far as I can determine.
The Gamersgate version (1.01) and the Polish download version (1.03) have no key mapping or reversible Y axis.
Hello Krasny1
Version 1.04 is now ready to download - in 1.04 mouse inversion had been implemented
Enjoy!
Still no key mapping?
Yeah I have to say...I have never heard of this game so when I watch a video to explain the game I want to see the game explained and gameplay. I absolutely do not in any way care about new features because I never saw the old features. You may want to rethink that.
Also, if it is true that there is no remapping and and a fixed Y axis I will never touch the game. I really don't want to be a jerk here. I'm an indie developer and I certainly know you can't please everyone but that really is a deal breaker for me.
@DMD: I'm running the Gamersgate version, since there is no forum on GG, I'm posting here.
The GG version does not have key mapping or Y axis reverse, the Desura version may have.
Looks like a good game, but I can't play with WASD or normal Y axis.
