Tremulous is a free, open source game that blends a team based FPS with elements of an RTS. Players can choose from 2 unique races, aliens and humans. Players on both teams are able to build working structures in-game like an RTS. These structures provide many functions, the most important being spawning. The designated builders must ensure there are spawn structures or other players will not be able to rejoin the game after death. The overall objective behind Tremulous is to eliminate the opposing team. This is achieved by not only killing the opposing players but also removing their ability to respawn by destroying their spawn structures.

reminds me of natural selection a bit
Because it has humans vs. aliens + building? I haven't tried NS, but I think they are absoloutly different.
But this copied Natural Selection, so...no.
I love all the aim botters on the servers.

medkit icon is identical to medkit icon in quake 3/quakelive. According to the license it is CC. But it is clearly not.
Origin of alien sounds are not clear. Yet again according to the license file they are CC. There is nothing to confirm that. Devs claim that they are from a sound CD. Are those sounds are licensed under CC?

Been palying this game for years, you may or may not know me, i am the nutorious lab rat... this is one of my fave games, yet havent played it lately, this new update should be great.
