The game is being featured in the new Bundle Bandits currently but advertised as only being sold 'drm-free'. Will buyers of the bundle be able to get a Desura key from yourself (as part of the bundle deal)?

Indie Royale shows 'Desura' in the listing which implies Desura Key. Bundle Bandit's FAQ reveals their lethargic nature -- especially the greenlit answer or their either/or policy.

It's the same game like 'strategic war in europe'. Just another theatre. Not worth the money imho. The next 6 days you can get both cheap at bundle-in-a-box.

- Title Screen Bug Fix

For many of us, our bug was it would give us the title screen but we couldn't go beyond that. It's a resolution screen size that trips many, if not all of Wastlands games, because they don't have the foresight to think anyone would actually have a 1600 x 900 screen resolution or any other wierd or odd configuration. (Godzila forbid they update this game on Desura for that or help us with bug issues here... No, that would be convienient, but I vent my rage in vain.)

Step 1: Find your Desura Folder. (Where ever you installed Desura, it's usually in C:/Program Files. Then find the Common Folder, from there locate your Storm Over the Pacific Folder and go into it.

Step 2: Locate your Settings Document, and double click it. Then Scroll down till you see the [Main] you want what under it, which is the RsolutionX and ResolutionY.

Step 3: Change the Resolution to what your screen is currently using. Since I'm using 1600 x 900 my ResolutionX = 1600 and ResolutionY = 900

To find your screen resolution (If you don't know what it is) Right Click on your main desktop screen (The basic screen with the wallpaper and all those fun icons that go places i.e recycle Bin, Google Chrome ect.) Then after right clicking anywhere on that screen, you want Screen Resolution. From there it will tell you your resolution. Now I hope I helped people who have had trouble with this bug. As I feel I have had this game for far to long and have yet to play it. (Since last year) So now, I shall, for Q/A post under my comment.

By the way, trying to update this game is a PAIN, because, for some stupid reason, it won't recognize my serial number... so again, venting my rage in vain. Just pointing out the bang up job Wasteland has done to make this gaming experiance soooo worth while. So, if anyone from Wasteland is reading this. GOOD JOB! (paininthearsepieceof...)

Ive fixed this problem, i am using standalone installer (SotPSetup.exe)

You need to change game folder permissions. To do so: run windows explorer and go to "c:\Program Files (x86)\", right-click on "Storm over the Pacific" folder then go to security tab and set "full control" for Users.

It would be a great game if it would freaking work! Anyone have any thoughts on getting this game to run? A link to an older version maybe?

Ok, I bought it and tried to run.
It seems to crash after plane graphic shows, any ideas how to work around that?
