So I already found a way to break things. Do NOT use the "Stone of the Alpha" while in the boat...
Also I have a bad flicker in full screen mode.
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit edition
Proc - AMD FX - 8120
Video - Nvidia GTX 560 Ti (driver version 296.10)
Desktop Resolution - 1280 x 960
Hopefully that is at all useful to you. If you had a dedicated website, I would post this there instead.
I was surprised to see that my PC controller worked with no programming needed. No documentation said anything about this, so its a pleasant surprise to get to play this like an old console type RPG should be!
I would also note that skills need re-balanced. As is, I see no reason to use them at all over the all-powerful auto option. But yes, I realize how early along the game is. Keep up the good work!
As I write this, I have only played the demo. I know at least that I like your artwork style and the old school battle system.
I would recommend for the demo allowing a little bit of walking around the dungeon where the boss is found, going though whatever equip/stats/etc screens you may have, and maybe a puzzle room(if you have such things) before encountering the boss. You could just install a "locked" door to prevent the players from leaving the demo dungeon.
He didn't make the art, nor the battle system. They are built into RPG Maker
Hello there, we wil take this into consideration and upload a new demo with a couple of extra bits and pieces like you suggested over the next few days along with the next build, thanks for the feedback!
Hmmm, disabling Crossfire allowed me to run the game, but there was a frequent flickering..
The flickering issue is being worked on, although we cannot seem to recreate it, we are determined to fix it!
Go to your desura folder (program files\desura or program files(x86)\desura). Go into the common\silver-nightmares folder and locate RPG_RT.exe. Create a shortcut to this file. Right click the shortcut and click Properties. Edit the target line so that it has " NormalPlay ShowTitle Window\" (without the quotes) at the end. This will make it run in windowed mode and hopefully fix the problem.
sorry, there shouldn't be a slash after the word Window.
Me too.
Hello, are you using Crossfire or SLI at all? It may need to be disabled if so. :)
