We forgot to remove some comments in the weapon xml file in 0.82 so that you can only have 4 weapons unless you play the invasion mode.
As a quick fix, just replace the "all_weapons.xml" (in \media\packages\vanilla\weapons ) with this one: Dl.dropbox.com
