Uncertain. But it will defenitely be too slow to play any games on.
Games like even Renegade back in 2002 also quite laggy when play with Intel HD graphic cards. Intel Graphic Cards is for basic user like Watching movies, view pictures and play web browser games.

Correction, "Plenty of HDD space" is for development with the UDK. The game wont take up more space on higher graphical settings as opposed to lower, so it should still say 4 GB free harddrive space.

Though Black dawn unable to play at 720p unless under extreme clipping and low frames and unable to change visual settings.
Damn. Just barely under 2.0 GHz. Though, I am tempted to see if I can run it around, say, 20-40 FPS at random.
