When i load The game it says the demo version but i paid for the alpha. Can anyone clarify this for me? im new to desura.
This is normal. However, there are more up-to-date versions available. To download the unstable versions, check the links on the right of this page, or head over to the downloads section of the PZ forum.
Well holy crap. I posted a very reasonable comment about how the Indie Stone should release in small patches instead of wanting to release a perfect game, it got over 10 +votes and 2 comments thanking and agreeing with me, and guess what the Indie Stone did? They deleted it. Just wow. They don't want people to realize they can release the game with the hundreds of new content RIGHT NOW and just update and patch the new content as they get developed.

Got to agree slightly with you, I'm a fan of Indie Stone and love project zomboid and I understand what they are trying to do but really, they should have considered smaller more frequent updates.
Your right I really would have preferred small updates :)
Check your Desura Purchased Downloads - there'll be a Public Test Build in there. The next update will be the one that auto-updates :)
