Actually, its the best building.
You can hole up on the top floor, survived for 4 months and died on hunger :D
I did that, though I got bored and at like day 14 so I made 8 molotovs ran outside turned on the oven in the house where your wife was, killed about 50 zeds then I went inside the house, threw the last molotov and ran into it. This is how I died.
Thats a good building that, i always spawn there as a police officer :D

Actually i found that the best house is the one on the corner 3 or 4 houses away from kate's house. Ignore the front just use the back. I played till day 28. I was so bored and the only way i was going to die was from the town running out of food. I took my shotgun and my 122 shotgun shells and went on a killing spree till i died.
i pee on the side of the toilet so it makes less sound :D
For some reason a song popped in my head first saying "You found me on the floor you found me you found me" Idk why i did but it just happens to me :P

Same thing happened to me except in a different building, i was looking throw the cupboards in the kitchen and a bunch of zombies burst in and killed me. Survived 4 hours :P

i spawned in this house and it was prettty cool i stayed here for a month until i moved on i stored a shotgun in here incase i bump back into this town and i did come back and the matter of fact i came back 3 days later with a horde on my tail so i sat upsairs with my shotgun which only had 24 shells and i barricaded the door and it took them 2 days to break in so set up camp up in the bedroom where that wardrobe is and stored food in there until they all went out so i just turned the oven on and left soup in there and set it on fire cos i knw id be dead anyways
