Potatoman Seeks the Troof is a challenging potatosophical platforming adventure from Pixeljam, the creators of Dino Run. Make your way through dry deserts, mysterious forests, busy cities, the tallest mountains and ultimately through your innermost consciousness in search of the ultimate answer. Go forward, seek, and discover THE TROOF! "Potatoman will delight, surprise, and challenge you. I had so much fun playing through his little adventure, and I know I'll replay it many times in the future. And the ending is amazing! Definitely play all the way to the end." ~ James Kochalka - Creator of American Elf "Potatoman is an awesome bite-sized platformer that is as fun as it is, well, insane." ~ Northerlion "My jaw had to physically drop as I played just to cope with the amount of awesomeness each step of progress from left to right brought me." ~ Gamecola.net "Let's play Potatoman!" ~ Small Group Of Excited Children "Nutz!" ~ Squirrel

The Linux tarball is worthless on 64-bit *buntu 14.04.

After manually pulling in 32-bit packages one-by-one until the program stopped complaining (because there were no installation instructions and no dependency list), it got stuck showing a blank window and strace revealed it seemed to be stuck getting unending EAGAIN responses from its X11 socket without actually doing anything useful, visibly.

Here's what it writes to stdout before getting stuck: Pastebin.com

Now I know it CAN work on 64-bit Linux, since my 64-bit Lubuntu 12.04 LTS works, but my brother can't play my spare copy (overlapping Groupees bundles) on his 14.04 because we can't figure out what's different between our two installs.

I'd just play the Windows version in Wine and pretend the Linux release doesn't exist but it crashes. (And given how broken the website is and the weird dependencies involved in the Linux Potatoman, I think that's because the developer doesn't know how to code properly. Seriously? GTK+ rather than SDL or GLFW for a game with no GUI widgets?)

There's a new Pay-what-you-want Pixeljam Octology. You get Desura keys for Potatoman and Dino Run SE as well! And all the other Pixeljam stuff. Well worth re-purchasing =)

Go here: Pixeljam.bundledragon.com

Well that answers doctorbeef's question a 100%. He only has to buy another bundle.
Back to the subject at hand, will we get Desura keys, if we proof that we have bought the green light bundle 3 ?
