Unlike everyone else the game ran just fine for me on win 7. The windowed mode didnt bother me since it matched th width of my screen perfectly while leaving a little at the top and bottom open, no big deal.
It was however not really my type of game. Very "I wanna be the guy". so if that sounds like your thing, then go ahead.
Anybody have problems trying to unistall this game. When I try to do it the window pops up but doesn't have the button to confirm the unistall.
So it turns out that the developers are completely unreachable for support. I have tried the following:
Message on Desura (fails because there are no users in the company 'Magiko Gaming')
Email to the address given on their Desura page (email gets bounced back)
Twitter (no response)
Email to magikogaming@hotmail.com (no response)
Was this game programmed by ghosts? Does anyone have any other suggestions?
I hate it when games have these "ClickOnce" application setups, or whatever they are called. I want to control where and how my games install, not have files scattered everywhere as soon as I click something. Please, either just provide the game files in a zip file, or provide a proper installer.
great game, both this and Castle Pain. But I managed to trap myself, assuming there is no alternative way to turn off the sunbeam . I managed to turn on the sunbeam then die spawning back at the checkpoint on the rope bridge. This during the second half holding grace belly. --> goo.gl/GBZqT
So everyone knows, this is not a problem with the developers game, but a problem with Desura servers.
For the ones that can't download anyway. For those that downloaded and have crashes, I'm not sure if this plays a part or not.

It is pretty ridiculous for a game that's 720p to be limited to windowed mode... If the game was smaller or the window was resizeable it'd be ok. Magical Timebean's PC ports are the best I've seen. Not one, but two full screen modes and customisable controls.
