Ummm... since there's no demo how do I check if the game would run on my laptop. I see that there are a lot of people complaining about launching.
What resolution is your laptop screen?
I even can't get the game starting. Tried bypassing all security software and using the admin account. The PC works for a few second and nothing happens.
Update: Now I got it to work. But now I don't have any audio content, I can't turn it on in the menu -_-*
So it turns out that the developers are completely unreachable for support. I have tried the following:
Message on Desura (fails because there are no users in the company 'Magiko Gaming')
Email to the address given on their Desura page (email gets bounced back)
Twitter (no response)
Email to magikogaming@hotmail.com (no response)
Was this game programmed by ghosts? Does anyone have any other suggestions?
No. Like me, someone wished bodily harm to the developer of this game, and the wish came true.
Guys how do you ge it to full screen? (The game is NICE!)
No one knows... it seems like the dev left it out. I'm currently screwed because although the game is 1280x720, the lack of full screen mode means it won't fit on my 1366x768 laptop screen because the taskbar and window surround all take up space. It'd be fine if there was a full screen mode.
This reminds me of those old Apogee titles before Duke Nukem and Commander Keen.
I can't launch this game. I tried the XNA-Framework solution but that didn't fix it. I'm on Windows XP
