Omegalodon is a third-person multiplayer action game where players compete by attacking/defending the city. The Red Team is comprised of police and soldiers armed with an array of military vehicles and explosive weaponry. The Green Team is comprised of Omegalodon, a 100-foot shark monster, and the Enviros, equipped with a healing beam. The game plays like a backward tower-defense game, but with free-roaming capability and fast-paced, realtime action.

Omegalodon's objective is a nuclear containment dome at the city center. The round will end if it is destroyed, the timer reaches zero, or if Omegalodon dies.

- Fully destructible environments
- Dozens of drivable vehicles including helicopters, cargo ships, and jets
- 30-minute round-based multiplayer
- Dozens of simultaneous players
- Story elements will full voice acting
- Nine square miles of open world, spanning islands and cityscapes
- A colorful, retro aesthetic

Ok, so first off, I LOVE YOU! Omegalodon is great, so much fun especially when you get on a good server. But! Some very easy-to-add suggestions from someone who played this since the great NERD3 Played it. (The best gaming youtuber EVER!) 1: Add an option to turn on and off team kill in the settings of making a new server! 2: Team balancing! You must join enviros when there are too many police and soldiers! Because sometimes the red team gets over powered. 3: Might be a little harder to add but make so that 2 peeps can get in one car? Or plane even. You know, if there is 2, one is driving in front of omegalodon, with the other shooting out of the back with the RPG. IT MAKES SENSE! :D 4: it is very hard to use jets, and I would like homing missiles? You can make them regenerate ammo much slower, but make it so that missiles just curve a little bit towards an enemy. 5: When you say something in chat, it appears over your head in game for 10-5 seconds. Ya know? 6: Make the 747 huge airplanes do a lot of damage on impact with Omegalodon? 7: Make omegalodons health drain slower when just on land. it makes it too hard for Omegalodon. 8: Right click=grenade? Maybe? 9: AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, OUT OF ALL! SO EASY TO FIX!!!!!! SO SIMPLE! Make the hight limit higher. Much higher. It really ruins the air vehicles (The best part) because they cant go high enough. PLEASE! Around twice as high. Please. If you fix this, I will give you a cookie! (Not really, but still!) I'm a huge fan and thank you SO MUCH for reading this and making this wonderfully amazing game.

Isn't there an oldschool console game with giant monsters pounding buildings to dust? I like the dynamic of now being able to defend [or attack].

The Movie Monster Game by Epyx back in the 80s on 8-bit computers.

Crush, Crumble, Chomp also by Epyx. An earlier version of the Movie Monster Game.
