Lost count of the hours i've spent playong this awesome game. cant wait for elderscrolls V just hope its not a mmo
i know right? an mmo would totally ruin it. actually i lie if they did it right it could be ok. but imagine being swarmed by like five guys, oblivion is made for one on one combat, when there is more you tend to be overwhelmed.
does anyone know if they are even making a number 5? ive been searching for about an hour and it looks like a bunch of fans getting peoples hopes up. everything ive seen says that bethesda isn't even working on it, cant find anything on their homepage, which ****** me off its a great series. you have no clue how many hours of my life morrowind and oblivion have taken from me. lol
i keep seeing a 2010 release date but no title, no info, no trailers, no screens, no ingame footage, no nothing (except for some fan made stuff) if im wrong please inform me cause i think an elder scrolls 5 would be kick ***. sorry for the novel. lol i just want to confirm or deny the creation of ES5 so i can move on with life. ;)
Best game I have ever played. I am now ruined, I am now completely spoiled and am stuck looking for another one just like it maybe better graphics. Only fallout 3 helped so far.
Bethesda please hear me, MAKE MORE GAMES LIKE THIS PLEASE!
There is an elderscrolls v coming out
with a LAN multiplayer mode that would be awesome
If any one is kind enough could you please send me the data 3 and data 8 files from there cd because mine are corrupt.
If the game is corrupt you should just download a pi*ate copy, sounds like Bethsada ****** you so **** em right back!
I have Bought 2 copys on my PC beacause the ******* keep on breaking (Optical drive is fine)so i think my download of it is justified
THE best FPRPG I've ever played in my whole life, I've been playing this since like 2007 and I've already bought 2 copies of the game (the first was retail and the disc broke thanks for the crappy box and I've just recently re-bought it from Steam) and I also bought it for the 360 (the boundle of Bioshock/Oblivion). I've played a good chunk of both versions and I gotta say that no other single game has been this fun and engaging as Oblivion. The PC version is way better than the console version, due to graphics and mods, but even the vanilla Oblivion in consoles is way too big than most games out there. Even for today's standards, the game looks pretty and sometimes, simply beautiful. Right now it's available for a bargain, be it with the boundle of Bioshock or by itself via Steam (wich includes The Shivering Isles, adding a lot to an already huge game).
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion has many great features. To begin with, the character creation and development system is close to perfect: the players can make their characters almost anything, when it comes to appearance, class, attributes, skills and so on. The graphics, music and game world are really atmospheric and one of the best I've seen, heard or experienced. Furthermore, the players are free to do whatever they want. The game also has lots of many kinds of quests. In addition, different factions have different quests, depending on the nature of the faction. The NPCs, races and towns are all unique. The "mini-games" such as speechcrafting and lockpicking are also well-made. All in all, Oblivion is a fantastic game. I'll rate it 10/10.
Hey guys, I am having some issues with oblivion modding. When I try and mod I dont have a meshes or textures folder. Only meshes and textures as bmp files. I am running Linux BTW.
