I really enjoy playing this game. The story gets really intense once you go into the first oblivion gate
I enjoy oblivion more than skyrim
Yeah Oblivion great game on the Xbox **** on both of my PCs wierd?
That was what was different about Oblivion, you weren't some hero, not a demigod, not a prophecied savior, you were just some guy that showed up.
Actually you were a prophecied savior and a hero. At the beggining of the game the emperor tells you that he sees you in his dream and knows that you are the hero to save tamriel from the oblivion crisis.
Isn't that how you are in every single elder scrolls game. A nobody that is in jail for some unknown reason, that is miraculously set free to find out that you are the prophesied warrior or that your have something unique about you to allows you to save the world?
The combat from skyrim is much better. I like conjuration/illusion a lot more in oblivion. The quests were better (with the exception of the oblivion gates) in oblivion. The skill trees from skyrim are great, though, it's nice to have perks. They're good in their own ways, but in the end, cyrodiil wins for me.
I don't so much think it's combat is better considering the forced kill cams, I prefer real time. Also one thing that sucks is that they removed the blood decals completely.
I honestly preferred morrowind
+1'd that
The notable cool thing about Oblivion was FACEGEN. The other one - the ability to lag and crash on EVERY machine.
